adding subtracting multiplying exponents

I have trouble with adding subtracting multiplying exponents. I tried hard to locate somebody who can help me out with this. I also searched for a teacher to teach me and crack my problems on graphing equations, binomials and 3x3 system of equations. Though I located a few who could may be solve my problem, I recognized that I cannot manage to pay them. I do not have a good deal of time too. My assignment is coming up before long . I am desperate . Can anyone help me out with this situation? I would very much value any assistance or any information.

I understand your problem because I had the same issues when I went to high school. I was very weak in math, especially in adding subtracting multiplying exponents and my grades were really awful .
