solving fractional inequalities

Hi dudes, I’m really stuck on solving fractional inequalities and would sure appreciate help to get me started with simplifying expressions, function definition and decimals. My math assignment is due soon. I have even thought of hiring a algebra tutor, but they are dear . So any help would be greatly treasured.

Don’t be so disheartened . I know exactly what you are going through right now. When I used to be a student , we didn’t have much of a hope in such a situation , but these days thanks to Algebrator my son is doing wonderfully well in his math classes.
