Hey dudes, I am about halfway through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with 5th grade math powerpoints notes. Could somebody out there please help me with y-intercept, simplifying fractions and linear algebra. I can’t afford to look for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of mastering topics like graphing inequalities or multiplying fractions effectively, please get back to me Thanks a lot

You can find numerous links on the internet if you search the keyword 5th grade math powerpoints notes. Most of the information is however designed for the people who already have some knowledge about this subject. If you are a complete novice, you should use Algebrator. Is it easy to understand and very helpful too.

Thanks for the advice . Algebrator is really a life-saving math software. I was able to get answers to queries I had about side-angle-side similarity, slope and factoring polynomials. You just have to type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the solutions you need. You can use it for any number of algebra things, like Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. I think everyone should use Algebrator.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with multiplying matrices, converting decimals and rational equations. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.

Is the software really that helpful? I’m just concerned because the software might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to learn how a problem is answered and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this product ?

You can buy it from http://www.mathmatik.com/basic-linear-algebra.html. I don’t think there are too many specific software requirements; you can just download and start using it.
