formula to subtract integers is my biggest problem. Can any one help me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

How about some more details on your problem with formula to subtract integers? I might be able to help you with . If you are not able to get a good tutor or some one to sit and sort out your trouble or if the cost is too high , then there might be another solution to your problem. There are some good math programs that you can explore. I tested them out myself. It came across to me as good as any tutor can be. I would select Algebrator for the kind of answer that you are looking out for . What is pretty about it is that it assists you step by step to the solutions rather than just providing the answer. Why not try it out?

When I was in college, I faced similar problems with angle suplements, x-intercept and angle suplements. But this superb Algebrator helped me through all my Algebra 2, Intermediate algebra, and Algebra 2. I simply typed in a problem from my workbook, and step by step solution to my math homework would appear on the screen by clicking on Solve. I highly recommend the Algebrator.

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving hypotenuse-leg similarity, slope and complex fractions. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
