graphing two variable inequalities

Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hire a math tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with math homework this year. Every day when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my algebra homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not certain whether a math private teacher is worth it, since it's very costly , and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about graphing two variable inequalities that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding graphing function,logarithms or quadratic formula? Any suggestions will be valued.

Hey brother . Let me tell you some thing, even mathematicians in this field sometimes lag in a particular branch .
